Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging and any included accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

After we approve your return request, we will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address and further instructions.

Please do not send any items back without prior approval. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item unless we have agreed otherwise or the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

If an item is defective or damaged, please provide photographs or other relevant information when contacting us.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law, including:

- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened

The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the item you received, where eligible, and place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

During this period, you may inspect and handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the product is handled beyond what is necessary, you may be responsible for any resulting diminished value.

Unless we have agreed otherwise or failed to inform you about the return costs before purchase, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund the payments we received from you, including the standard delivery cost, subject to applicable law. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method in accordance with applicable law.

For EU withdrawals, refunds will generally be processed without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
